The District of Fort St. James has an exciting opportunity for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented individual as an Accounting and Payroll Clerk.

The Accounting and Payroll Clerk is responsible for all aspects of payroll for District employees (union and non-union), administration of employee benefits and pension, accounts receivable, accounts payable, utility billing, general accounting and other related duties as assigned.
The successful applicant will have a minimum of two years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, Microsoft Office knowledge and skills, and strong communication and customer service skills. Recent payroll experience is required.
